How to score more marks in NATA?
I am doing the preparation for the NATA exam? So I am searching for some tips for score high in the NATA exam? Can you please provide me some tips for preparation for NATA exam? Also provide me name of Best books that are to be referred?

You are searching for the tips for preparation for NATA exam. Here I am providing you some tips that can defiantly help you in the preparation for NATA exam. These are as follows: If you want to score high in the NATA exam then you should need to study at least 5 hours in the day You must need to cover all the topics of the syllabus You can also follow the last year papers so you have some idea regarding the exam papers. In questions requiring drawing, always draw with a light hand first, doing mainly the outlining without the details Practice more with dry mediums ( colours ), as they are convenient to use and take less time in exams. As you want I am here telling you tips to score more marks in NATA entrance exam. Tips : Developing skills for good sketching with keep in mind the essential things as : effects of light & shadow, sense of perspective drawing, understanding scale & proportions, memory drawing, composing 3 - Dimentional elements etc. Be creative and do practice more . Do work with speed . Solve at least 10 - 20 past papers within the time limit Work in A4 size as that is normally the standard size of answer sheets in the examinations. Be more aware of the construction work happening around you. Motivate yourself. Work with enthusiasm Test pattern: Test is in two sections: Section 1 - Online computer aptitude test for 100 marks. Test duration 60 mins Section II - A paper based drawing test for total 100 marks. It has 3 questions ; 2 questions of 25 marks each and one of 50 marks. Test duration 120 mins Minimum qualifying marks required is 80/200 Syllabus Section I: Online aptitude test – 40 questions Visualizing three dimensional objects from two dimensional drawings. Visualizing different sides of three dimensional objects. Indentifying commonly used materials and objects based on their textural qualities. Analytical reasoning. Mental Ability. Imaginative comprehension and expression. Architectural awareness Section II: Drawing Test: - Total 3 questions; 2 of 25 mark each and one of 50 mark The questions for drawing test is based on the following aspects – Ability to sketch a given object proportionately and rendering the same in visually appealing manner. Visualizing and drawing the effects of light on the object and shadows cast on surroundings Sense of perspective drawing Combining and composing given three dimensional elements to form a building or structural form Creating interesting two dimensional compositions using given shapes and forms. Creating visual harmony using colours in given composition Understanding of scale and proportions. Drawing from memory through pencil sketch on themes from day to day experiences. |
