How to reach NIT Warangal

Can you tell me how to reach NIT or National Institute of Technology Warangal as I will be coming to the city next week and have never been there earlier, please help me with this?

Nit or National Institute of Technology, Warangal is a federally funded technical institute in India. It is one of the Institutes of National Importance established by the Government of India, awarding bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees in engineering, technology, basic sciences and management.

NIT Warangal

• Air Route:
Hyderabad is the nearest Airport from Warangal.
Take a train or a cab to our campus, which takes around two and half hours by road
and two hours by rail.

• By Rail:
Kazipet (3 kms) / Warangal (12 kms) are the nearest railheads.
Many trains pass through Kazipet junction, which is generally preferred.

• By Road:
NIT Warangal is 2½ hrs drive by cab on Hyderabad - Warangal National Highway number-202.
