The JEE Advanced examination is tough; it is not any regular entrance exam. But, if one is confident & have proper guidance regarding preparation definitely one will crack the examination.

Some Tips for Preparation

Fulfil targets on daily basis

Focus more on understanding the topics rather than just the formulae.

Subject-wise planning

Clarity in concepts

Aware about the exam structure and syllabus

Revision is one of the most effective ways of learning.

Solve the test papers of JEE (Advanced) from the past 10 years.

Write the important formula of all the topics from the syllabus and revise them

Go to sleep for at least 7 hours but do not exceed 8 hours of sleep each day

Stay relaxed, yet focused

Have the habit of solving the problem of with friends and Teachers, instead of avoiding it

JEE Advanced Exam Pattern
Exam Mode: It will be conducted through online (Computer Based) or offline (Pen Paper Based) mode.
Number of Papers: It consists of 2 papers. It is mandatory for the candidates to attempt both the papers.
Number of Sections: There are 3 separate sections in both the papers, namely Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Question Paper Type: The question papers will contain objective type that includes MCQ as well as numerical answer type questions.
Exam Timings: Total 3 hours will be provided to each paper.
Language: The candidates can avail the question papers in both English and Hindi medium.
Marking Scheme: There is a procedure of negative marking for some of the questions.

JEE Advanced Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT)
Exam Mode: AAT Exam will be held through offline mode only (Pen Paper Based).
Number of Paper: The question paper will be composed of one paper.
Number of Sections: It comprises of three sections: Mathematics, Aptitude Test & Drawing Test.
Question Paper Type: There will be objective type questions will be asked.
Exam Duration: The duration of exam will be 3 hours.
Language: The medium of the question paper will be English only.
