Hello sir,

I have done my BSC. in Hospitality & hotel mngmnt from IHM Bhubaneshwar which comes under IGNOU. I stay in Mumbai now and my regional office is in Bhubaneshwar. So I will have to apply personally to the Bhubaneshwar regional office or i can apply by post or in Mumbai regional office personally.
