I want to get admission in the Engineering course in the Bharath University so please tell me how can I apply for admission? When will be the admission process of it will start? Is there any entrance exam for admission in engineering course in the Bharath University?

The Bharath Engineering Entrance Exam is conducted by the Bharath University, Chennai for admission to 4 years Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programs.

B. Tech (Bachelor of Technology) programs-

Civil Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Mechatronics; Automobile Engineering; Aeronautical Engineering; Electrical and Electronics Engineering; Electronics and Communication Engineering; Computer Science and Engineering; Information Technology; Agricultural Bio Technology; Genetic Engineering; Bio Medical Engineering; Industrial Bio Technology

B.Tech Eligibility-

A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry

For Bio Engineering Departments a Pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology

B.Tech (Lateral Entry)

A pass in Diploma recognized by Central or State Government with 50% aggregate/ B.Sc. with Mathematics or its equivalent

Selection Procedure

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in their Bharath Engineering Entrance Examination (BEEE) conducted by the institute
