Admission Procedure

Admission to Postgraduate programmes will be based on the performance in the Postgraduate Entrance Examination (PGEE 2016) and an interview.

Eligibility Criteria :

For M. Tech Programme

Candidates must have completed (BE/BTech in Engineering (any branch including CS / IT / ECE / EEE / Civil / Instrumentation / Biotechnology) or B.Arch. or Master’s Degree in Science/Maths/IT/Computer Science or MCA.

For Research Programme

Candidates must have completed M.Tech programme

For Ph.D Programme

Candidates must have completed M.Tech programme

Application Fees

Applicants can apply for one or more programmes in the same form by indicating choices. The application fee is Rs.2000/- for one program and Rs.50/- extra for each additional program applied

Exam Pattern

The entrance examination will consist of two papers.

Paper I test the general aptitude of the candidate and will consist of objective questions from Mathematics, Programming, and Logical Reasoning.

Paper II is the Subject Paper, which tests the candidate’s subject knowledge.

Paper I : General Aptitude – (90 Minutes)
Paper II : Subject Paper – (90 Minutes)
