Yes, of course after graduation degree yu are eligible to become a Sub Inspectors in CAPFs.

Sub Inspectors in CAPFs

Pay scale
PB-2 Rs 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs 4200/-

Age Limit:
20 to 25 Years as on 1st January 2014. Age Relaxation - 5 Years for SC/ST, 3 Years for OBC

Qualifications:
Graduation from a recognized University or equivalent (For SI (CAPFs))

Selection Process:
All India Examination will comprise of Written Examination in two phases, Physical Endurance Test, Medical Examination and Interview/personality test.
