Counselors are responsible for providing support services to students, parents, and school staff. They are also advise on educational issues, career planning and personal development. Counselors teach regular courses, conflict resolution, social skills, or life skills. In many school districts, counsellors are certified teachers.



Qualification for Counselor Job: following degrees and certificates are required.

Master of Counselling Degree
Psychological Counselling Degree
Teacher Regulation Branch Certificate
