If you want to become an Assistant Commandants you need to qualify an entrance exam for Assistant Commandants job. The Central Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination is conducted for Assistant Commandants post. This CPFE exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). After Assistant Commandants candidates main work in the Central Armed Police Forces, which include the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Border Security force (BSF), and Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) . Age: Candidate’s age should be 20 to 25 years Eligibility: Candidates have a degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification. There are only certain services that women can apply for: CISF and CRPF: Both men and women can apply SSB, BSF and ITPB: Only men can apply This exam will be conducted Usually in month October. Selection pattern: The exam consists of Written Test Physical Efficiency and Medical Test Personal Interview Some Helpful books: NCERT books - 8th to 12th standard for subjects like Maths, Science, History, Geography, etc Manorama Year Book Wren and Martin High School Grammar |
