Hostel facility in NIT Raipur

Is there the provision of Hostel facility in NIT Raipur? I am going to take admission in this College and before that I want to get assured that will it be suitable for me to live in hostel or not? Along with that tell me how could I get admissions in hostel and what is the total fee for that?

The National Institute of Technology - [NIT], Raipur has 5 boys' hostel within the campus and presently there are two girls' hostels in the campus and proposal for one more of 200 seater is also in process.

The institute also manages one additional girls' hostel adjacent to campus.

A 60-seat girls' hostel is under construction adjacent to existing girls hostel within the campus.

Each hostel is self-contained with amenities such as common room and a dining hall with mess.

All the hostel rooms are adequately furnished.

Each hostel has a capacity to house about 100 inmate students.

Each hostel has different students working committees, mess committee, magazine committee, games committee, cleanliness committee etc.

Boys Hostel-

Hostels A, B, C, D and F have a dining hall cum recreation hall equipped with TV, table tennis and carrom etc.

Hostel H has a well furnished dining hall and recreation hall (likely to be equipped with indoor games and other facilities for recreation).

All the hostels are well equipped with the basic facilities.
