Maximum 30 years including moratorium period.

Pre-closure /pre-payment penalty is discontinued on all Home Loans irrespective of the
period for which the account has run or the source of funds.

Repayment to be completed by the time the borrower reaches 70 years

Processing Fee

Upto Rs.25,000 - NIL

Above Rs.25, 000 –

BOTH ONLINE AND REGULAR HOME LOAN: 0.25% of Loan amount
(Min. Rs. 500/- and Max. Rs.10,000/-)
