The Admission Procedure and fee rules in Holy Family Convent School are as follows:

Admission Procedure Requirements:
Student’s three latest passport size photographs
Family photograph with the student
Birth Certificate with the name of the student issued by the Municipality/ District Authority
Residence proof
Transfer Certificate
No Admission Test for Nursery & L.KG.

School Fee Rules


Fee booklets is available with all information concerning dates of payment are issued in the month of April.
All the rules given in the fee booklets must be carefully read and followed.
In case of misplacement of fee booklet a new one can be made available on payment of Rs. 25/- from the school office.
The school academic year starts in April and ends in March. The fees books are supplied in the school in the 1 week of April.
Fees to be paid at Canara Bank from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m to 2.00 P.m & between 10 am to 12.00 noon on Saturdays
Students whose fee is not paid will not be permitted to sit for the terminal examinations.
Fees once paid will not be refunded.
Parents must check the entry in the fee receipt counterfoil.
Fee receipt book must always be presented in the bank when paying fees.
