1) Management Trainee (Engineering)
2) Management Trainee (Marketing)
3) Management Trainee (Human Resources)
4) Management Trainee (Pharma)

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

1) Management Trainee (Engineering)

The candidates willing to apply must have done BE or B. Tech with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

2) Management Trainee (Marketing):

The candidates who want to apply must have done MBA (Marketing)/ PGDBM (Marketing) (equivalent to MBA)/ MIB/ MPIB with minimum 60% marks.

3) Management Trainee (Human Resources):

The candidates willing to apply must have done MHRM/ MBA (HR)/ MSW (PM&IR)/ MA (PM&IR) with minimum 60% marks.

4) Management Trainee (Pharma):

The candidates who want to apply must have done B. Pharma with minimum 60% marks.

Pay Scale Structure:

The candidates will get an amount of INR 20000 per month as a stipend during training period.

Age Limit:

The candidates applying for these vacancies must not exceed the maximum age of 30 Years.

Payment of Application Fee:

The candidates applying must pay INR 500 (plus applicable bank charges); the candidates in reserved categories do not have to pay the application fee.
