About HL7:
Health Level Seven International (HL7) is a not-for-profit, ANSI-accredited standards developing organization, founded in 1987, dedicated to providing a comprehensive framework and related standards for the exchange, integration, sharing, and retrieval of electronic health information that supports clinical practice and the management, delivery and evaluation of health services.

What you learn:
Candidates will learn the following things during the course:
Know FHIR specifications and resources
Know when to use each artefact (messages, documents).
Know how to confront a project involving interoperability among disjointed healthcare information systems.
Understand the need for controlled vocabularies, master files, and entity registries.
Read and Write V3 messages
Know how to read the most widely used HL7 standards.
Read and Write CDA® R2 documents
Read and Write V2.X messages
