The idea behind the establishment Harvard University was born in the midst of the Great Depression and on the eve of World War II i.e. it was established before seven decades.
Harvard University offers Joint Degrees programme at the following two campuses:
Harvard Law School (HLS)
Harvard Business School (HBS)

The duration of joint programme at both schools is three years. Both schools will give a degree certificate after completing the course.
Harvard University offers options in the Joint programme. These are:
Master in Business Administration (MPP-MBA)-Master in Public Policy or Master in Business Administration (MPA/ID-MBA)-Master in Public Administration/International Development.

Harvard Kennedy School (HKS)) is also known as The John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. It is a public policy and public administration school, and one of Harvard's graduate and professional schools.

It offers master's degrees in public policy, public administration, and international development, grants several doctoral degrees.

Joint & Concurrent Degrees:
Joint or Concurrent Degree track is an opportunity for MPP, MPA/ID or two-year MPA students at HKS to earn two professional graduate degrees in a shorter amount of time by reducing their coursework and residency requirements.

Candidates complete their degrees in one year less than if they earned them consecutively. Students interested in the combined degree track must apply and be admitted to both Harvard Kennedy School and a professional graduate school either at Harvard or at another approved academic institution.
