The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) was founded in 1986. It has membership of 18 institutions.
Today, HACU has more than 450 colleges and universities.

Demonstrate financial need (typically determined by FAFSA).

Meet specific criteria for the scholarships to which they are applying.

Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities' National Internship Program (HNIP)

Cost: $390 to $510
Internship Period(s): 10 weeks,beginning in June and ending in August.
Application Deadline: two weeks before the internship program
Selection Process:
Applicants must have at least a 3.0 grade-point average on a 4.0 scale, receive one letter of recommendation from an advisor or professor, be enrolled as a graduate or undergraduate student and provide HACU with a resume.
