Provide me list of Engineering Disciplines for Lateral Entry in B.Tech Program at Hindustan University. I have completed Polytechnic Diploma and want to do B.Tech. So someone suggest me to do B.Tech through Lateral Entry. Give details about the fee structure for the B.Tech lateral admission at Hindustan University.

Eligibility for Lateral Entry – II Yr B. Tech. Programmes

One must have Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engg./ Tech / B.Sc. (with Mathematics as a subject).
One must have average 50% in final year of study.
One shall have not completed 21 years of age as on first of July of the year of application.

Eligibility to Register for Online Entrance Examination – B. Tech. Courses / B. Tech

1. A Pass in (10+2) or equivalent exam with a minimum average of 60% marks in Maths, Physics, & Chemistry.

2. For B. Tech. (Bio-Technology) alone, a pass in (10+2) with a minimum average of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.

3. Any other exam of any university or authority accepted by this University as equivalent of plus two.


Vocational Stream

One who has qualified with HSC (vocational stream) with engineering / technical vocational subjects and any one or two of the related subjects like Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry are eligible provided have passed the qualifying exams and obtained minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the vocational & related subjects.
