The Andhra Pradesh State Language Pandit Common Entrance Test is conducted by Dept of School Education, Govt of Andhra Pradesh. Here are the details of it:

Hindi Pandit eligibility:
The applicant should hold graduate degree with optional subject Hindi or Bachelor of Oriental Language Hindi or Praveen of Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha or Vidwan of Hindi Prachara Sabha, Hyderabad or any other equivalent recognized qualification in Hindi (BA Standard) by the Govt of Andhra Pradesh or MA (Hindi)

Payment of fees at AP-Online or e-Seva: April, 2015
Online submission of application April, 2015
Help desk services on all working days: April, 2015
Receiving of complaints pertaining to online application: April, 2015

Download of LPCET-2019 Information Bulletin: 25th April 2019

Payment of Fees through Online or Payment Gateway: 25th April to 18th April 2019

Online submission of application through online or payment gateway: 26th April to 19th May
2019

Download of Hall Tickets: 24th May 2019

Date of Examination: 31st May 2019

Declaration of Results: 01st June 2019

Eligibility Criteria
Telugu Pandit - BA (Telugu Literature) or BA (Oriental Language - Telugu) or Bachelor of Oriental Language Telugu or A Graduate degree with optional subject Telugu or MA (Telugu)
Hindi Pandit - A grade degree with optional subject Hindi or Bachelor of Oriental Language Hindi or Praveen of Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha or Vidwan of Hindi Prachara Sabha, Hyderabad or any other equivalent recognized qualification in Hindi (BA Standard) by the Government of Andhra Pradesh or MA (Hindi)
Urdu Pandit: BA (Urdu Literature) or BA (Oriental Language- Urdu) or Bachelor of Oriental Language Urdu or A Graduate degree with optional subject Urdu or MA (Urdu)

Exam Pattern
The common Entrance Examination shall be of completely objective type containing only multiple-choice questions.

The duration of written exam is Two hours only, with maximum marks of 100 as shown below
Part I - Current Affairs - 20 Questions
Part II - Numerical Ability - 10 Questions
Part III - Language - 30 Questions
Part IV - Literature - 40 Questions
100 questions each carry one mark. (100 marks)

Syllabus
The subjects and syllabus shall be as follows:


Numerical Ability: Four Fundamental operations (Addition, Subtraction, Division and Multiplication) and Averages
Language
Telugu Panduit - 1st Language of 8th to 10th classes of AP State Syllabus
Hindi Panduit - 2nd Language of 8th to 10th classes of AP State Syllabus
Literature: Graduate Degree Standard
