The placement of batch of 2018 of Department of Management Studies, IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Madras was conducted in December 2017 witnessing 27 companies to recruit from the campus.

This year the placement season witnessed new entrants on campus such as Tech Mahindra, Al Mazroui, Centre for Development of Telematics(C-Dot) and Oyo Rooms.
