Hillsborough Community College (HCC) is a two-year community college, located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

As you asking here I am telling English Requirements for admission

TOEFL score of 61 (iBT)/173 (CBT)/500 (PBT) or higher (2 years or newer)

IELTS overall band score of 5.5 or higher (2 years or newer)

iTEP Academic score of 4.0 or higher

STEP Eiken minimum score of Grade 2A or higher

Completion of Level 5 at an English Language Institute at a Florida Intensive

English Consortium school (i.e., INTO USF)

Completion of EAP 1851 at USF

Completion of Level 109 at an ELS language center

Completion of Kaplan's High-Intermediate Level

Completion of the highest level of a regionally accredited intensive English language program

Completion of ENC 1101 from another U.S. college or university

Graduation from a U.S. high school with a standard high school diploma after having attended that school for the entire senior year.
