Junior Telecom Officers are recruited on revised IDA pay scale of E1 (16400-40500). It is a Group B officer post. As Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has a presence in everywhere in India so candidates have a chance to get their hometown.

The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.
