About Gujarat Common Entrance Test GCET

Gujarat Common Entrance Test acronym as GCET is conducted online by Gujarat Technological University (GTU)

GCET Eligibility

Educational Qualification

Should have a Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 Yrs duration with at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.

Imp: The aspiring candidate should have passed graduation from any one of the Universities located in the state of Gujarat.

Age Limits

There is no age limit for taking GCET Exam.
Besides there is no limitation for number of attempt too.

GCET Exam Dates

GCET Exam is usually held in the month of May.

GCET Exam Syllabus

GCET Exam consists of question from

Quantitative Aptitude
Logical Reasoning
English Language Skills
General Awareness

GCET Exam Pattern

GCET will be computer based test with choice of appearing twofold in the test.

Test duration will be of 80 minutes and there will be 100 multiple choice questions with negative marking for wrong answers.

However there will be test of 96 minutes for students appearing for MBA & MCA both with 120 multiple choice questions.

GCET Exam Fee

Fees for application form is Rs.250.
