The tender - Expression of Interest: 5 MW Solar Power Project on Lump- Sum Turnkey Basis in Gujarat - opened by GSFC or Gujarat State Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited, India is set up a total 152.8 MW of Wind Power Projects in the State of Gujarat, in 6 phases.

Bidder’s Qualification Criteria

Experience Criteria

One must have experience of executing turnkey Projects of at least total of 25 MW Solar Power Projects in India.

One must have executed O &M contracts for not less than one year period, for at least total of 12.5 MW Solar Power Projects in India.

One must have performance data (generation details) for one year covering all seasons of at least 12.5 MW of the model to be offered.

One must have readily available required land having solar energy data of at least one year for the project, with other site options.

The land should have clear title and can be either sold or leased / subleased to Owner, for initial period of 20 years and extendable to offered life span.

Financial Criteria
One must have an annual turnover of not less than Rs. 50 Crore (Rupees Fifty Crore) in Solar Power Projects (PV Modules with supporting structure, Power conversion & stepping up only and excluding substations & evacuation) during the last financial year i.e. 2014-15, with positive net worth.
