The Punjab University is provides a formula for grade point average calculator. The Calculation of Grade Point Average for a Semester in University of The Punjab In order to calculate the GPA for a semester, multiply Grade Point with the credit hours in each course to obtain total grade points, add up to Cumulative Grade Points and divide by the total number of credit hours to get GPA for the semester.

The calculator can accept up to 60 courses in its calculations. Only ten rows are displayed by default, but a new row (up to 60) can be added in the last row.

The "Score" field can take both number inputs (0-4.3) as well as alphabetical grades (F-A+) as represented by the values.
