Sorry to say you but with backlogs and with these percents you cant apply for government jobs, for doing government job candidate will have to clear all backlogs firstly, and candidate must have 60% marks in 12th and 10th and graduation too.

Educational qualification:
Candidate must have graduation degree with minimum 60% marks.

Candidate must not have any backlog.

As per my knowledge the minimum Eligibility criteria for a government job is 50% in a graduation or if you are belongs to the Backward category SC ST then you may Eligible to apply in the following sectors that are
