As you want to choose among the M.Pharmacy(Pharmacology), M.Pharmacy (Pharmacy Practice), M.Sc (Clinical Research )and MS (Clinical Research) the courses I am here telling you about all as following.

M.Pharmacy in Pharmacology:
Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacology is a postgraduate Pharmacy course. It is the discipline of medicine and biology concerned in which students study about the drug action.


Eligibility
Applicants who have graduate degree in Pharmacy Program with minimum 50% of marks from any recognized University or any other Institute equivalent to the University are eligible for admission.

Marks criteria of admission for this course may vary from University to University.

Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacy Practice
Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacy Practice is also a postgraduate Pharmacy course. In this branch of pharmacy involves technical procedures for developing and dispensing drugs.

Eligibility:
Applicant who have degree of B.Pharm. from a recognized university eligible for this course.


M.Sc in Clinical Research
Master of Science in Clinical Research is a postgraduate Medicine course. In This is a branch of medical science students study the course for safety and effectiveness of medications, diagnostic products and treatment regimens.


Eligibility
Candidate having graduate or post graduate degree from a recognized university in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Botany or Zoology)
or
Doctors (M.B.B.S. / B.D.S. / B.A.M.S. / B.H.M.S. / B.U.M.S. / B.V.Sc. / B.S.S.M.)
or
Bachelors in Physiotherapy, Pharmacists (B.Pharm., M.Pharm.) Nursing graduate eligible for the course.

MS in Clinical Research
Master of Science in Clinical Research is also a postgraduate Medicine course. In this course students study for new drugs in human subjects to generate data for discovering and determining safety and efficacy of the new drug.

Eligibility:
Candidate having a graduate degree in B.Sc. in Lifesciences (Biology, Zoology, Botany, Genetics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Nursing, Biochemistry), B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS eligible for the course.


So all four are good.
