GNDU Roll No Slip

My brother lost Roll No Slip that was given by exam office of GNDU when he was filled the exam form for B.Com 2nd Year Program. What should we do to get duplicate copy of Roll No Slip from Exam Office? Can he appear in Exams of B.Com 2nd Year Program of GNDU University without that slip?
