In response to your question here I am summarizing the various details you have asked for;

First of all I would like to acknowledge that GME- Graduate Engineering Course is a Pre Sea training programme approved by the Directorate of Shipping General, Government of India and offered by AEMA.

So here I am mentioning all the eligibility criterias for this course:

(A).Educational qualifications

1.You should have completed Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture with the minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from Indian Institute of Technology or from colleges recognized by AICTE / UGC.

2.If you are a final year student than also you can also apply for the course. Only if you have passed English as a separate subject at either matriculation/ higher secondary or in the degree programme from a recognized board or university with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

3. I must inform you that if you are below the age of 28 years at the commencement of course then only you are eligible to apply.

(B.)The various Physical and Medical Standards are as:

1. You must be medically fit as per the standards set by Merchant Shipping Medical Examination Rules.and your eye sight should be of 6/12 in each eye without visual aids.

(C.)Following is the Fee structure for this course:

1.Admission fees: Rs. 25,000/-
2.Course tuition fees: Rs. 165000/-
3.Uniform, Books, Linen etc.: Rs. 25000/-
4.Boarding, lodging and other amenities: Rs. 130000/-
5.Caution deposit: Rs. 10000/-
6.STCW Basic Safety course fee: Rs. 8000/-
