Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) University is an educational institution in India. It was established in 1980. The University is approved by UGC.

Application form for issue of Bar Coded Identity Card for Students

The Knowledge Resource Centre is providing Bar-Coded Identity Card with unique pin number (ten digit) to all the Students, Research Scholars, Faculty and Staff of GITAM University

This pin number is used for all transactions including hall ticket number in the office of the Director, Evaluation.

The centre has purchased necessary equipment like Bar-Coded ID Card printer (Dual side), Software, Digital Camera’s, Scanners to print the ID Cards.


For issue of duplicate ID card, an amount of Rs.100/- is to be paid in the Lending Section and submit one Pass port size photograph.
