Sixth Convocation for students who have studied at Visakhapatnam campus of GITAM University will be held in September 2015 .

Date of convocation :
Saturday, 19th September, 2015

Venue : Visakhapatnam.

Candidates from Visakhapatnam campus who qualified for award of Degrees/Diplomas/Titles are eligible to apply.

Candidate who wish to receive their Degrees/Diplomas/Titles have to fill application form

Application is to be enclosed:
Photo copies of:
SSC or equivalent certificate
PCMG/PC
Original Challan/DD

Applicants for Post Graduate /M.Phil/Ph.D. degrees / Diplomas should also enclose a photo copy of lower Qualifying degree.

Ph.D/M.Phil applicants should also enclose a Passport size photo.

FEE:
In- Person: Rs.800/-(Eight hundred only);
In–Absentia: Rs.1200/- (Twelve hundred only).
Late Fee Rs.300/-
