Girls are eligible to apply for CDS ( Combined Defence Services ).

One can apply for it after they complete their Graduation.

Info About CDS :-

CDS is the abbreviated form of the Combined Defence Services, CDS exams are taken twice a year by UPSC.
The Notification for the examination is usually released in the months of October and June whereas the examinations are held in February and November respectively.

There is an internal choice in between 4 Defence lines in Combined Defence Services.

Air Force Academy
Officers training Academy
Naval Academy
Indian Military Academy

Requirements to Join CDS :-

Age Limit for Various Academy's is :-
Indian Military Academy 19-24 years
Naval Academy 19-22 years
Air Force Academy 19-23 years
Officers’ Training Academy 19-25 years

Must have completed Graduation with physics and Maths.
