I am a permanent resident of Uganda and now want to become a member of Georgetown University BSA. Please tell me is there any minimum eligibility to join Georgetown University Black Student Alliance. If yes pls update me.

The Black Students of Georgetown University, conscious of the educational, political, cultural, social, and spiritual deficiencies at said university, do hereby come together to be hereafter known as the Black Student Alliance.
