Re: Generations IIT Bombay

Well the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay is a robust college in Mumbai

Generation of core-shell microparticles using microfluidics

This was a project in which the applicant shall use glass-based and PDMS (polydimethyl siloxane)-based microfluidic devices to generate microparticles with core-shell morphologies.

The particles will be designed for applications in cell encapsulation and targeted drug delivery.

Droplet manipulation techniques facilitated by microfluidics will be employed for the particle generation.
