They eligibility criteria for GCET Ahmedabad are as follows:

GCET eligibility:

The candidate should have pass in recognized Bachelor's Degree in any discipline of minimum 3 years duration.
The Candidates who have already passed the above qualifying degree course and candidates who are appearing for the final semester / year examination of the said qualifying degree course during may apply for admission to MBA degree Programme during 2010-11

Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GCET) is common entrance exam for MBA and MCA studies in Gujarat. Gujarat Technological University conducts thgis exam generally between March to August..

GCET Eligibility
Educational Qualification

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 Yrs duration with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) .

Candidate must have passed graduation from any one of the Universities located in the state of Gujarat.

For MCA course candidate should study mathematics as one of the subject at either at 10+2 level or at 10+2+3 level studies.

Quantitative Aptitude

GCET Exam Pattern

GCET will be computer based test with choice of appearing twice in the test.

Test duration will be of 80 minutes and there will be 100 multiple choice questions with negative marking for wrong answers.

However there will be test of 96 minutes for students appearing for MBA & MCA both with 120 multiple choice questions.
