Free Nursing Pre Entrance Test

Does the Nursing Pre Entrance Test free for Female candidates? I want to get information about fee for the Nursing Pre Entrance Test, so I read some where that this Exam is free for female candidates. So if it is free, I want to fill by my sister. Please provide me its official notification for this year.
