Can you tell me the process to get the application form for applying for M.Sc Nursing course offered by Fortis Institute of Nursing as I want to take admission in the course?

Fortis Institute of Nursing is a premier nursing institute in Bangalore offering PG and Graduate level nursing courses which are recognized by INC, Karnataka State Nursing Council and GoK. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka.

One can buy the form in person by paying cash at the Fortis Institute of Nursing during the office hour - 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.
- For PG admission form costs Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred only)
- For B.Sc admission form costs Rs.400/- (rupees four hundred only)
The office is open for form selling on all working days and government holidays.
