Detailed information of Food Inspector exam is given below: Eligibility criteria: Applicants must have degree in Graduation in any discipline from recognized university. Exam pattern: There will be no interview. The exam is based on written examination only. The merit will be prepared on the basis of result of written examination. The question paper will be provided both in English and Punjabi. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. It will have 150 questions each carrying one mark as per the details given below: a. Language Proficiency 1. Hindi 13 Questions 2. English 12 Questions b. General Knowledge 25 Questions c. Mental Ability & Reasoning 50 Questions d. Mathematical Skills 25 Questions with Matric as the difficult level e. Computer Proficiency 25 Questions The applicant must score at least 35% of the marks for clearing the written examination. The total duration of the exam would be 2 ½ hours or 150 minutes. The merit list prepared on the basis of this written test will remain valid for six months from the day the result is declared. |

Here I am providing the information regarding the Eligibility Criteria required for the Food Inspector exam which you are looking for . Skills required for a Food Inspector - knowledge of laws and legal codes - critical thinking - ability to solve problems - judgement and decision making - co-ordination of personnel - management of personnel - trouble shooting Eligibility for Food Inspector:- Age:Applicants aged between 18 and 25 years of age are eligible to apply for the post of Food Inspector. Educational qualification: Applicants with completed graduation in medicine or have a bachelors degree in agriculture, pharmacy, food technology and dairy technology. Pattern of exam:- The test pattern constitutes of questions on technical side, which constitutes science subjects. The time period of the exam will be 150 minutes. It also consists of numerical ability and GK questions. There will also be an English language test. Procedure of Selection:- Applicants will be selected based on performance in written test and interview. |
