Hello Nikki,firstly UPTU means Uttar Pradesh Technical University
Fee waiver menas fee deduction.

As per AICTE notification fee waiver seats for economically weaker meritorious candidates are also
available in B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Pharm/B.HMCT/B.FAD/BFA courses in all institutions affiliated to
UPTU, Lucknow . The fee waiver seats will be limited to maximum of 5% of the approved
intake in the course, and will be over and above of the sanctioned intake.

Here I am giving you details about Admission to Fee Waiver Seats for Women Students in UPTU (Uttar Pradesh Technical University).

Fee Waiver seats for Women candidates:
Fee Waiver seats for Women candidates are available in B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Pharm/ B.HMCT courses in all state/ state funded institutions, and such affiliated private institutions who indicate their willingness to participate in the scheme to U.P. Technical University.

No tuition fee will be charged from the candidates admitted against Fee Waiver seats. Fee waiver seats are limited to maximum of 10% of the approved intake in the course and are over and above the sanctioned intake.

Number of Fee Waiver seats for Women candidates:
Form 60 sanctioned intakes in a discipline of study, Tuition Fee waiver is given to TWO women candidates.

you have not to pay tuition fees. Means you will pay only 5% of total fees.
