As you want I am here giving you information about the fee refund policy of Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication and technology (DAIICT).

Fees refund policy:

An applicant cancels or withdraws from a confirmed seat before notified date, full refund will be made.

An applicant cancels or withdraws comes after the notified date, following will be the refund policy:

If a confirmed seat cancelled by the candidate is filled by another candidate the full amount is refunded, after deducting a processing charge of Rs. 1000/-

If a confirmed seat cancelled by the candidate is not filled in by another candidate, the tuition fee is forfeited and only the caution deposit is refunded.

If the candidate is in waitlist on the date of cancellation/ withdrawal, the full amount is refunded.

Fee structure for B.Tech. course:

Tuition Fee
Rs.62,500 per Semester

Registration Fee
Rs.2,500 per Semester

Caution Deposit
Rs.15,000 (Refundable at the end of the Program)

Hostel Rent
Rs.10,000 per Semester (Staying in the hostel is compulsory)

Food
As per actual, as charged by the canteen/cafeteria. (These expenses will be approximately Rs.2,750 per month)

I have last year information for fees refund of DAIICT:

If a candidate cancels his/her admission from a confirmed seat after 20 July 2015 (After 12:00 Noon), refund will be made after deducting Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand Only) from the fees paid, subject to, the confirmed seat cancelled by him/her is filled in by another candidate.
