The applicant should have Pass in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

The applicant should have 55% marks in GNM

The applicants Age Limit is 48 years on August 31st of the year of Admission.

The Admission is under Merit basis in the qualifying examination.

10 + 2 marks card/ PUC marks card

Certificate and marks list of GNM.

Registration certificates of GNM

Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended

Conduct certificates from the Institution last attended

Medical Fitness certificate

Must have working knowledge of English

Identification proof ( Voter ID/PAN Card/ Passport)

A Demand Draft for Rs. 400/- towards the application fee in favour of Father Muller College of Nursing, payable at Mangalore
