Fast Track Selection IAF

What is the procedure to Fast Track Selection in Indian Air Force as a Pilot? I want to join Indian Air Force through Fast Track Selection? Is there any special eligibility criteria for pilots of IAF? I have completed B.Tech after 6 months. So is there any exam of IAF for Fast Track Selection after 6 months?
