Faculty Physics IITG

Is there any faculty position empty in the Department of Physics of IIT Guwahati? I got this information from my friend that there is a position empty and I can apply for that. I also have done M.Tech Degree and want to get job as a professor. So tell me, what is the minimum eligibility criteria required to apply for the position of Faculty at IIT Guwahat?
