Ph.D (Law)

The Department offers a Ph.D Programme in different areas of Law.

The admission process in Ph.D starts in June/July each year. For admission in Ph.D, candidates are allowed to appear entrance test and Pre-Ph.D Course work is taught for a period of one semester.

Master of Laws (LL.M)

The Post-Graduate Programme in Law (LL.M) has been started from the session 2014-15.

There are 10 seats for LL.M and the candidates seeking admission in LL.M must have secured 55% (General), 50% (SC/ST) aggregate marks in LL.B or equivalent grade points.

B.A.LL.B (Hons)

There are 60 seats in B.A.LL.B (Hons.) Course. A candidate seeking admission into B.A.LL.B (Hons)

Course is required to have

(i) Passed the class XII examination in the 10+2 scheme or its equivalent in any discipline securing in the aggregate not less than 50% (General), 45% (SC/ST).

(ii) Not completed the age of 20 years (General), 22 years (SC/ST/OBC) as on 1st August of the year of admission.
