The government jobs for Mechanical Engineering graduates are on offering. The best options are considered as Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) and Indian Engineering Service (IES). Indian Engineering Service (IES) The Indian Engineering Service entrance exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission. This yearly entrance exam is conducted for few hundred jobs in the various government departments. Eligibility 1. You should be Indian National. 2. Must have B.Tech/B.E. degree from recognized university. 3. Final year students are also eligible. 4. There is no criteria for percentage. 5. Age limit is 21 to 30 years as on August 1 of examination year. 6. There is upto 3 years relaxation for OBC. 7. Maximum of 5 years relaxation for SC and ST. Public Sector Undertaking The companies that are controlled by the government are known as Public Sector Undertaking. Eligibility 1. Bachelor of Technology degree from a recognized college. 2. Minimum of 60 percent marks. 3. You must clear all pending backlogs before applying. 4. The age limit is 21 to 30 years. 5. Maximum of 3 years relaxation for OBC. 6. After completing B.E in mechanical you will be eligible for getting jobs in both types of posts that is for technical as well as for non technical posts. The best options are considered as Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) and Indian Engineering Service (IES). Eligibility Bachelor of Technology degree from a recognized college. Minimum of 60 percent marks. You must clear all pending backlogs before applying. The age limit is 21 to 30 years. Maximum of 3 years relaxation for OBC. There is 5 years relaxation for SC and ST.
