As your need I am providing details about ESIC in Himachal Pradesh.

ESIC was started in himachal Pradesh in 1977 with notification
The district office of Himachal Pradesh was situated in April ,2003. Since we had no Building to accommodate the Regional office, the same was started in 4-5 rooms on the second floor of ESI Hospital, Parwanoo with about 15 staff and 2 Officers unfocused from Punjab state. The number of staff since then has reached 40 only, though the work has increased mani-fold.
