The Employee who drawn wages up to Rs. 15000/- will be fall under the preview of ESIC Act And the Employee who is disabled and drawn wages up to Rs. 25000/- will be fall under the preview of ESIC Act. As in case of Disable you have to show proof of disability of the said person. |
