The JGEEBILS is an entrance test for several institutions doing research in Life Sciences and Interdisciplinary Biology.

The test is coordinated by NCBS / TIFR.

Programs offered at NCBS, Bangalore and DBS, Mumbai

M.Sc. by Research ( Only at DBS )

Biology

PhD ( NCBS and DBS )

Integrated PhD ( NCBS and DBS )

M.Sc. in Wildlife Biology and Conservation ( Only at NCBS ).

Eligibility

Biology

JGEEBILS PhD Program : Applicants must have completed Masters in Basic Science or Bachelors in Applied Science.

These include B.Tech, B.E., M.Sc.( Ag ), B.V.Sc. B.Pharma ( 4 years course ), MBBS., BDS. M. Pharma.

Students with training in Physics or Chemistry are encouraged to apply to the programs.

Integrated Ph.D / M.Sc. by Research Program :

Applicants must have completed Bachelors in any Basic Science.
