Indian Engineering Services contain engineers who work under the administration of India and assigned as Class – 1 officer. ESE 2017 Eligibility

(I) Nationality:

A competitor must be either:

(an) A subject of India or

(b) A subject of Nepal or A subject of Bhutan or

(c) A Tibetan outcast who approached Indian before the first January, 1962 with the goal of forever settling in India or

(d) A man of Indian cause who has relocated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka or East African nations of

Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or from Vietnam with

The goal of forever settling in India.

Given that an applicant having a place with classifications (b), (c) and (d) above should be a man in whose support a

Declaration of qualification has been issued by the Government of India.

(II) Age Limits:

A contender for this examination more likely than not achieved the age of 21 years and must not have accomplished the age of 30 years on the first January, of the exam year.

(III) Minimum Educational Qualifications:

Gotten a degree in Engineering from a college consolidated by a demonstration of the focal or state assembly in India or other instructive foundations built up by a demonstration of Parliament or announced to be regarded as colleges under segment 3 of the college gifts commission act, 1956 or

Passed Section An and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India) or

Gotten a degree/recognition in Engineering from such remote University/College/Institution and under such conditions as might be perceived by the Government for the reason now and again or

Passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India) or

Passed Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III/Sections An and B of the Aeronautical Society of India or

Passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Radio Engineers, London held after November 1959
