Yes, you are definitely eligible for SBI Bank PO exam if scored 80%, 55% and 69% in 12th, graduation and PGDM respectively. Eligibility required for the post is:

NATIONALITY: Indian

Age:
Minimum: 21 Years; Maximum: 30 Years
The maximum age limit specified is applicable to General Category candidates.
Relaxation of Upper age limit
Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe - 35years
Other Backward Classes - 33 years
Persons With Disabilities – 10 years
Ex-Servicemen – 35 years
Candidates from Kashmir Division – 35 years

Educational Qualification

The candidate should be a graduate or equivalent.
The same should be in any stream from a recognized university with a minimum requisite of 65% average mark for general category 60% for other classes is a must.
The candidate selected for the post of Probationary Officer (PO) must also have knowledge about basic computer handling.

Final selection:

The marks of Group Discussion and SBI Bank PO Interview are put together and the candidates who secure minimum 40% marks (minimum 35% in case of SC / ST / OBC / PWD) in Group Discussion and Interview are considered for final selection.

The candidate has to pass both in Phase I & II separately.

Phase I & Phase II marks are aggregated and arranged in descending order (category wise) for candidates who have qualified in both the phases separately and selection is made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.

Sorry but brother did not attempt the PO bank exam. Your brother wants to wait for 2 year. After that he can try for the Bank PO exam. Because the basic eligibility require in Bank PO exam is 20 to 30 years. Here I’m providing you eligibility require in Bank PO exam:
