No you are not eligible for RTO exam because minimum eligiblity to appear in this exam is graduation in any discipline from recognised University with at least 50% marks and 45% marks for the candidates of reserved categories and your age should be in between 21 to 30 years and relaxation is provided to the candidates of reserved categories in upper age limit
